"Every successful real estate project has a story to tell. My responsibility was to make sure the right people heard it."

The Project

Joining 922 Emblica Estate as the Head of Marketing, the goal wasn’t simply to run advertisements or generate numbers on a dashboard. It was about connecting genuine buyers with a project that offered something different, a premium estate designed for those seeking for a nature living community.

My role was to understand the market, identify the right audience and build marketing campaigns that attracted people who were genuinely interested.

The first and most important step was to understand the project itself. “What makes someone invest in the farmland”, “Who are the ideal buyers”, “What emotions influence their decision”, “What questions do they ask before making an enquiry”

The more I understood the project, the easier it became to communicate its value through digital channels.

While every real estate project competes for buyer attention in a highly competitive digital landscape. My objective was not simply to generate leads but to attract people genuinely interested in investing in premium farmhouse plots and estate parcels while maintaining lead quality and campaign efficiency.

A successful marketing campaign begin with understanding the right audience. The platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads simply become the tools to deliver the right message to the right people.

Every campaign I created was built around buyer intent, location, lifestyle aspirations and investment behaviour. rather than focusing on generating more leads, I focused on attracting people who were genuinely interested in the project.

This meant continuously refining audiences, testing creatives, improving ad copy and learning from campaign performance to make each ad stronger than the last.

Throughout my time at 922 Emblica Estate, I was involved in core aspect of digital marketing.
